Ingredients:

  • 2 oz (60 ml) Vodka
  • 1 oz (30 ml) Lychee Liqueur
  • 1 oz (30 ml) Lychee Syrup
  • ½ oz (15 ml) Dry Vermouth (optional)
  • Ice cubes
  • Lychee fruit, for garnish
  • Optional: Lemon twist, for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Chill a martini glass in the freezer for at least 15 minutes.
  2. In a cocktail shaker, combine vodka, lychee liqueur, lychee syrup, and dry vermouth (if using).
  3. Fill the shaker with ice cubes.
  4. Shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds until well chilled.
  5. Strain the cocktail mixture into the chilled glass.
  6. Garnish with a lychee fruit or a lemon twist.
