- 2 oz (60 ml) strawberry puree (fresh or bottled)
- 4 oz (120 ml) soda water (or lemon-lime soda for sweetness)

- Fresh strawberries, sliced
- Lime wedges
- Mint leaves (optional)
Instructions:
- Blend fresh strawberries until smooth. Strain through a fine mesh sieve if desired for a smoother texture.
- In a cocktail shaker, combine Malibu rum, fresh lime juice, and strawberry puree. Add ice and shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds until well chilled.
- Fill two glasses with ice cubes. Strain the shaken mixture evenly into each glass.
- Pour soda water (or lemon-lime soda) gently over the drink to maintain the fizz.
