Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons matcha powder (15g)
- 1 cup heavy cream (240ml)
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar (30g)
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract (2.5ml)
- ¼ cup milk (60ml) (dairy or non-dairy)
- 4 cups brewed and chilled green tea or coffee (960ml)
- Ice cubes
Instructions:
- Sift matcha powder into a mixing bowl to avoid lumps.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract to the bowl.
- Pour in the milk and whisk until combined and smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- Gently fold the matcha mixture into the whipped cream until fully incorporated.
- Spoon the matcha cold foam over chilled tea or coffee in serving glasses.
- Serve immediately with ice cubes.
