Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons matcha powder (15g)
  • 1 cup heavy cream (240ml)
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar (30g)
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract (2.5ml)
  • ¼ cup milk (60ml) (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 4 cups brewed and chilled green tea or coffee (960ml)
  • Ice cubes

Instructions:

  1. Sift matcha powder into a mixing bowl to avoid lumps.
  2. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract to the bowl.
  3. Pour in the milk and whisk until combined and smooth.
  4. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  5. Gently fold the matcha mixture into the whipped cream until fully incorporated.
  6. Spoon the matcha cold foam over chilled tea or coffee in serving glasses.
  7. Serve immediately with ice cubes.
