Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup (115g) semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) heavy cream
  • 1 cup (30g) pretzel twists
  • 1 cup (40g) buttery wafer cookies
  • 1/2 cup (60g) salted almonds
  • 1 cup (150g) fresh raspberries
  • 1 cup (140g) seedless green grapes
  • 1 cup (150g) sliced strawberries
  • 1/2 cup (60g) mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup (80g) dark chocolate truffles
  • 1/2 cup (60g) gummy bears

Instructions:

  1. Place the chocolate chips and heavy cream in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until the mixture is glossy and smooth. Pour the ganache into a small ramekin and place it slightly off-center on the board as the anchor.
  2. Place a second ramekin filled with nuts or candies on the opposite side of the board to create balance.
  3. Arrange the wafer cookies and pretzel twists in curving lines or 'rivers' that flow around the bowls to define the different zones of the platter.
  4. Tuck clusters of raspberries, grapes, and strawberries into the open spaces, using the berries to create bright pops of color against the neutral tones of the cookies.
