Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup (115g) semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup (60ml) heavy cream
- 1 cup (30g) pretzel twists
- 1 cup (40g) buttery wafer cookies
- 1/2 cup (60g) salted almonds
- 1 cup (150g) fresh raspberries
- 1 cup (140g) seedless green grapes
- 1 cup (150g) sliced strawberries
- 1/2 cup (60g) mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup (80g) dark chocolate truffles
- 1/2 cup (60g) gummy bears
Instructions:
- Place the chocolate chips and heavy cream in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until the mixture is glossy and smooth. Pour the ganache into a small ramekin and place it slightly off-center on the board as the anchor.
- Place a second ramekin filled with nuts or candies on the opposite side of the board to create balance.
- Arrange the wafer cookies and pretzel twists in curving lines or 'rivers' that flow around the bowls to define the different zones of the platter.
- Tuck clusters of raspberries, grapes, and strawberries into the open spaces, using the berries to create bright pops of color against the neutral tones of the cookies.
