Instructions:

  1. Ensure the unsalted butter is left at room temperature until softened, about 10-15 minutes.
  2. Peel and finely chop (or press) the garlic cloves to release their oils.
  3. In a mixing bowl, add the softened butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  4. Use a fork or whisk to thoroughly combine all ingredients until well blended.
  5. Taste the seasoning and adjust salt and pepper as needed.
  6. Spoon the mixture onto a piece of parchment paper, roll into a log shape, and wrap tightly to store in the fridge or freeze for later use.
