Ingredients:

  • 4 oz vodka
  • 2 oz pistachio liqueur
  • 1 oz heavy cream
  • 1 oz simple syrup
  • Ice cubes
  • Chopped pistachios (for rim or garnish)
  • Maraschino cherries (optional)

Instructions:

  1. (Optional) Rim the edges of the martini glasses with crushed pistachios by moistening them with water or simple syrup, then dipping in the pistachios.
  2. In a cocktail shaker, add ice cubes. Pour in vodka, pistachio liqueur, heavy cream, and simple syrup.
  3. Secure the lid on the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until well chilled.
  4. Remove the lid and strain the mix into the prepared martini glasses.
  5. Add a sprinkle of chopped pistachios on top or garnish with a maraschino cherry, if desired.
