Instructions:
- Dice the tomatoes, chop the onion and bell pepper, and mince the jalapeños.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine diced tomatoes, chopped onion, bell pepper, and minced jalapeños.
- Add chopped cilantro, lime juice, garlic powder, ground cumin, salt, and black pepper to the mixture.
- Mix all ingredients gently until just combined.
- Taste the salsa and adjust seasoning if necessary, adding more salt, lime juice, or spice as preferred.
