Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup (113g) unsalted butter
- 1 cup (200g) granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup (120ml) light corn syrup
- 1 cup (250g) creamy peanut butter
- 6 cups (170g) cornflakes cereal
Instructions:
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
- In a large saucepan, combine butter, sugar, and corn syrup. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the butter is melted and the sugar is dissolved. Bring to a simmer and cook for 1 minute.
- Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the peanut butter until smooth and completely melted.
- Gently fold in the cornflakes until they are evenly coated in the peanut butter mixture.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator and chill for at least 30 minutes, or until the clusters are firm.
- Once set, remove the clusters from the baking sheet and serve.
