Ingredients:
- 1 cup (120g) pecans, roughly chopped
- ½ cup (100g) brown sugar, packed
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ cup (60ml) unsalted butter, melted
- ½ cup (45g) rolled oats
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine pecans, brown sugar, cinnamon, salt, and rolled oats.
- Pour in the melted butter and mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well-coated.
- Spread the mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown, stirring halfway through for even cooking.
- Remove from the oven, let cool completely, and store in an airtight container.
