Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (120g) pecans, roughly chopped
  • ½ cup (100g) brown sugar, packed
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ cup (60ml) unsalted butter, melted
  • ½ cup (45g) rolled oats

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine pecans, brown sugar, cinnamon, salt, and rolled oats.
  4. Pour in the melted butter and mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well-coated.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown, stirring halfway through for even cooking.
  7. Remove from the oven, let cool completely, and store in an airtight container.
