Ingredients:
- 1 pound (450g) ground sausage
- 2 cups (240g) Bisquick mix
- 1 cup (100g) shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup (120ml) milk
- 1/2 teaspoon (1g) garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon (1g) onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon (2g) black pepper
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground sausage, Bisquick mix, cheddar cheese, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
- Mix until well combined; the mixture should be slightly sticky.
- Using a cookie scoop or tablespoon, portion out the mixture and shape into 1-inch diameter balls.
- Place the sausage balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spacing about 1 inch apart.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
