Ingredients:
- 1 lb (450g) ground beef
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 4 large flour tortillas (10-inch)
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tbsp yellow mustard
- 1 tbsp sweet pickle relish
- 1 tsp vinegar (white or apple cider)
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- 4 slices cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- ½ cup diced tomatoes
- ¼ cup sliced pickles
Instructions:
- Prepare the Sauce: Combine mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, relish, vinegar, and garlic powder in a small bowl. Mix until smooth and set aside.
- Cook the Beef: Heat skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned, breaking it apart with the spatula (about 5-7 minutes). Drain excess fat if necessary.
- Assemble the Wraps: Lay a tortilla flat and place a slice of cheddar cheese in the center. Add a portion of the cooked beef on top of the cheese. Layer with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and sliced pickles. Drizzle some of the tasty sauce over the fillings.
- Wrap It Up: Fold the bottom of the tortilla up over the filling. Fold in the sides, then roll tightly to form a wrap. Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
- Serve: Slice wraps in half if desired and serve with extra sauce on the side.
