Ingredients:

  • 1 lb (450g) ground beef
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 4 large flour tortillas (10-inch)
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 2 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tbsp sweet pickle relish
  • 1 tsp vinegar (white or apple cider)
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • ½ cup diced tomatoes
  • ¼ cup sliced pickles

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Sauce: Combine mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, relish, vinegar, and garlic powder in a small bowl. Mix until smooth and set aside.
  2. Cook the Beef: Heat skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned, breaking it apart with the spatula (about 5-7 minutes). Drain excess fat if necessary.
  3. Assemble the Wraps: Lay a tortilla flat and place a slice of cheddar cheese in the center. Add a portion of the cooked beef on top of the cheese. Layer with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and sliced pickles. Drizzle some of the tasty sauce over the fillings.
  4. Wrap It Up: Fold the bottom of the tortilla up over the filling. Fold in the sides, then roll tightly to form a wrap. Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
  5. Serve: Slice wraps in half if desired and serve with extra sauce on the side.
