Ingredients:
- 9 cups fresh, clean powdery snow
- 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tbsp pure vanilla extract
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 2 tbsp decorative sprinkles
- 0.25 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions:
- Chill a large mixing bowl in the freezer or outside for 10–15 minutes to prevent the snow from melting during mixing.
- Collect approximately 8-10 cups of fresh, clean, white snow in a chilled bucket or tray.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and sea salt until well combined.
- Place 8 cups of snow into the large chilled bowl and pour the milk mixture over the center.
- Gently fold the mixture with a spatula or wooden spoon until the milk is incorporated, being careful not to overwork it to maintain airiness.
- Adjust consistency by adding more snow if it is too runny, or a splash of milk if too crumbly, until a soft-serve texture is achieved.
- Quickly fold in sprinkles and chocolate chips, then serve immediately in chilled bowls.
