Ingredients:

  • 9 cups fresh, clean powdery snow
  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tbsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 2 tbsp decorative sprinkles
  • 0.25 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions:

  1. Chill a large mixing bowl in the freezer or outside for 10–15 minutes to prevent the snow from melting during mixing.
  2. Collect approximately 8-10 cups of fresh, clean, white snow in a chilled bucket or tray.
  3. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and sea salt until well combined.
  4. Place 8 cups of snow into the large chilled bowl and pour the milk mixture over the center.
  5. Gently fold the mixture with a spatula or wooden spoon until the milk is incorporated, being careful not to overwork it to maintain airiness.
  6. Adjust consistency by adding more snow if it is too runny, or a splash of milk if too crumbly, until a soft-serve texture is achieved.
  7. Quickly fold in sprinkles and chocolate chips, then serve immediately in chilled bowls.
