Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) Water
- 1/2 cup (100g) Granulated Sugar
- 1 pint (450g) Strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 cup (150g) Blueberries, rinsed
- 1 cup (125g) Raspberries, rinsed
- 2 medium Kiwi, peeled and diced
- 1 medium Mango, peeled and diced
- 1 cup (150g) Grapes (seedless), halved
- Fresh Mint Leaves (optional)
Instructions:
- Combine water and sugar in a saucepan. Heat over medium heat, stirring until the sugar is completely dissolved. Bring to a simmer, then remove from heat and let cool completely.
- Wash and prepare all of the fruits according to the ingredient list.
- In a large bowl, gently mix together the strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, kiwi, mango, and grapes.
- Drizzle the cooled simple syrup over the fruit mixture. Toss gently to coat. (You may not need all the syrup – adjust to taste).
- For a refreshing treat, chill the fruit bowl in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Spoon the fruit bowl into individual serving bowls or glasses. Garnish with fresh mint leaves, if desired.
