Ingredients:

  • 3 oz (90ml) prosecco, chilled
  • 2 oz (60ml) Aperol
  • 1 oz (30ml) soda water
  • Ice cubes
  • Orange wheel, for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Fill a wine glass with ice cubes to the top.
  2. Pour in the chilled prosecco.
  3. Add the Aperol carefully to avoid fizz.
  4. Top with soda water for a refreshing finish.
  5. Stir gently to combine, taking care not to lose the bubbles.
  6. Garnish with an orange wheel on the rim of the glass.
