Ingredients:
- 3 oz (90ml) prosecco, chilled
- 2 oz (60ml) Aperol
- 1 oz (30ml) soda water
- Ice cubes
- Orange wheel, for garnish
Instructions:
- Fill a wine glass with ice cubes to the top.
- Pour in the chilled prosecco.
- Add the Aperol carefully to avoid fizz.
- Top with soda water for a refreshing finish.
- Stir gently to combine, taking care not to lose the bubbles.
- Garnish with an orange wheel on the rim of the glass.
