Ingredients:
- 9 oz white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 2 cups powdered sugar, sifted
- 9 cups corn or rice Chex cereal
- 1 cup mini pretzels
- 1 cup red and green M&Ms
Instructions:
- Combine the white chocolate chips and peanut butter in a microwave-safe glass bowl. Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring vigorously between each pulse, until the mixture is smooth and glossy.
- Pour the cereal into an extra-large mixing bowl and gently fold the melted chocolate mixture over the cereal using a spatula until every piece is fully coated.
- Sift the powdered sugar over the coated cereal and gently toss or shake the bowl until the mix is evenly coated and matte.
- Fold in the mini pretzels and M&Ms until evenly distributed.
