Ingredients:

  • 9 oz white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 cups powdered sugar, sifted
  • 9 cups corn or rice Chex cereal
  • 1 cup mini pretzels
  • 1 cup red and green M&Ms

Instructions:

  1. Combine the white chocolate chips and peanut butter in a microwave-safe glass bowl. Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring vigorously between each pulse, until the mixture is smooth and glossy.
  2. Pour the cereal into an extra-large mixing bowl and gently fold the melted chocolate mixture over the cereal using a spatula until every piece is fully coated.
  3. Sift the powdered sugar over the coated cereal and gently toss or shake the bowl until the mix is evenly coated and matte.
  4. Fold in the mini pretzels and M&Ms until evenly distributed.
