Ingredients:

  • 4 oz (120 ml) Crown Royal whisky
  • 2 oz (60 ml) salted caramel syrup
  • 3 oz (90 ml) cream or milk (dairy or non-dairy, as preferred)
  • 1 oz (30 ml) vanilla extract
  • Ice cubes
  • Whipped cream for topping
  • Drizzle of caramel sauce
  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the glasses by rimming them with caramel sauce and dipping in sea salt if desired.
  2. In a cocktail shaker, combine the Crown Royal, salted caramel syrup, cream or milk, and vanilla extract.
  3. Fill the shaker with ice cubes to chill the mixture.
  4. Shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds, or until well mixed and chilled.
  5. Strain the cocktail into prepared glasses filled with ice.
  6. Top with whipped cream, a drizzle of caramel sauce, and a pinch of sea salt.
