Ingredients:
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, freshly shredded
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 cup finely chopped dried beef
- 2 green onions, finely minced
- 1 cup pecans, toasted and chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 1 tsp cracked black pepper
Instructions:
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese using an electric hand mixer until light, fluffy, and completely smooth.
- Fold in the shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, smoked paprika, dried beef, and minced green onions until evenly distributed.
- Transfer the mixture onto a large sheet of plastic wrap. Gather the corners and twist the top to form a tight sphere. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm.
- In a shallow dish, combine the chopped pecans, parsley, and black pepper. Remove the plastic wrap from the cheese ball and roll it in the nut mixture, pressing gently to adhere. Serve immediately.
