Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Coca-Cola (240 ml)
  • ½ cup soy sauce (120 ml)
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar (15 ml)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 2 lbs turkey ribs (900 g)
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine Coca-Cola, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, garlic, onion powder, black pepper, and smoked paprika; whisk until well blended.
  2. Season turkey ribs with salt. Place ribs in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish, pouring marinade over them. Seal or cover. Marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes or up to overnight.
  3. Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).
  4. Remove ribs from marinade, allowing excess to drip off. Place ribs on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil and cover with foil. Roast for 45 minutes.
  5. Uncover ribs and brush with remaining marinade. Broil on high for 5-10 minutes until caramelized and golden. Check frequently.
  6. Use a meat thermometer to ensure internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  7. Garnish with parsley if desired, slice between bones, and serve hot.
