Ingredients:
- 1 cup Coca-Cola (240 ml)
- ½ cup soy sauce (120 ml)
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar (15 ml)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 2 lbs turkey ribs (900 g)
- Salt to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine Coca-Cola, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, garlic, onion powder, black pepper, and smoked paprika; whisk until well blended.
- Season turkey ribs with salt. Place ribs in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish, pouring marinade over them. Seal or cover. Marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes or up to overnight.
- Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Remove ribs from marinade, allowing excess to drip off. Place ribs on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil and cover with foil. Roast for 45 minutes.
- Uncover ribs and brush with remaining marinade. Broil on high for 5-10 minutes until caramelized and golden. Check frequently.
- Use a meat thermometer to ensure internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Garnish with parsley if desired, slice between bones, and serve hot.
