Ingredients:
- 1 cup (240 ml) of fruit jelly (such as grape or apple)
- ½ cup (120 ml) of ketchup
- ¼ cup (60 ml) apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon (15 g) brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon (5 g) smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon (5 g) garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon (2.5 g) onion powder
- ½ teaspoon (2.5 g) mustard powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- In a medium saucepan, combine the fruit jelly, ketchup, and apple cider vinegar. Whisk until smooth.
- Stir in the Worcestershire sauce and brown sugar. Add smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, mustard powder, and season to taste.
- Place the saucepan over medium heat and bring the sauce to a gentle simmer, stirring occasionally.
- Allow the sauce to simmer for about 10-15 minutes until it thickens slightly, stirring frequently.
- Remove the sauce from heat and let it cool for a few minutes. Transfer to a storage container and refrigerate until ready to use.
