Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (150g) fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup (150g) raspberries
  • 2 cups (300g) sliced strawberries
  • 1 cup (150g) green grapes
  • 1 medium (150g) apple, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup (65g) almonds
  • 1/2 cup (60g) walnuts
  • 1 cup (100g) whole grain crackers
  • 1/2 cup (60g) pretzels
  • 4 oz (115g) dark chocolate, broken into shards
  • 1/2 cup (60g) dried apricots
  • 1 cup (120g) dark chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup (125ml) Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) almond butter
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) honey

Instructions:

  1. Place three small bowls on the board in a triangular formation. Fill one with the Greek yogurt, one with the almond butter, and one with honey to act as structural focal points.
  2. Arrange the larger fruit items, such as the apple slices and grapes, in curving lines emanating from the bowls to create visual movement across the platter.
  3. Tuck clusters of blueberries, raspberries, and strawberries into the gaps between the fruit curves. Add dark chocolate shards and dried apricots in small, concentrated piles.
  4. Scatter the almonds, walnuts, and crackers into the remaining small spaces to fill the voids and complete the board.
