  • ½ cup brown sugar, packed (100g)
  • ½ teaspoon salt (2g)
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon (1g)
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted (113g)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss sliced apples with lemon juice, sugar, and cinnamon. Ensure apples are evenly coated.
  3. Transfer the apple mixture into the baking dish.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine oats, flour, brown sugar, salt, and cinnamon for the topping.
  5. Pour melted butter over the dry mixture and stir until crumbly.
  6. Sprinkle the oat topping evenly over the apples.
  7. Bake for 30 minutes or until topping is golden brown and apples are bubbling. Look for a golden topping and soft apples.
