Ingredients:
- 1 pound (450g) fresh green beans, trimmed
- 2 tablespoons (30ml) olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ teaspoon (2.5ml) sea salt
- ¼ teaspoon (1.25ml) black pepper, freshly ground
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper (if using).
- In a large bowl, toss the green beans with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Ensure the beans are evenly coated.
- Spread the green beans in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Roast for 15-20 minutes, or until the green beans are tender-crisp and slightly browned, flipping halfway through.
- Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
