Ingredients:
- 1 cup (240 ml) hot water
- 1 package (3 oz or 85 g) cherry or cinnamon-flavored gelatin
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) Fireball Cinnamon Whiskey
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) cold water
- Whipped cream (optional)
- Ground cinnamon or cinnamon sticks (optional)
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine hot water and gelatin. Whisk until the gelatin is fully dissolved.
- Add Fireball and cold water to the gelatin mixture. Stir until well combined.
- Carefully pour the mixture into jello shot cups, filling each to about 3/4 full.
- Refrigerate for at least 2-4 hours until the jello is set.
- Once set, top with whipped cream and sprinkle with ground cinnamon or add a cinnamon stick for garnish, if desired.
