Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (240 ml) hot water
  • 1 package (3 oz or 85 g) cherry or cinnamon-flavored gelatin
  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) Fireball Cinnamon Whiskey
  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) cold water
  • Whipped cream (optional)
  • Ground cinnamon or cinnamon sticks (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine hot water and gelatin. Whisk until the gelatin is fully dissolved.
  2. Add Fireball and cold water to the gelatin mixture. Stir until well combined.
  3. Carefully pour the mixture into jello shot cups, filling each to about 3/4 full.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 2-4 hours until the jello is set.
  5. Once set, top with whipped cream and sprinkle with ground cinnamon or add a cinnamon stick for garnish, if desired.
