Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (240 ml) Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 2 shots (60 ml) freshly brewed Espresso or 1/2 cup (120 ml) strong brewed Coffee
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) Sugar-Free Vanilla Syrup (Torani is a good brand)
  • 1/4 teaspoon Vanilla Extract (for enhanced flavor) - Optional
  • Stevia or Erythritol to taste (if you prefer it sweeter) - Optional
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) Unsweetened Almond Milk (for foam - Optional)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare espresso or strong coffee.
  2. Heat almond milk using a milk frother or microwave (do not boil). If using a frother, froth until light and foamy.
  3. Stir sugar-free vanilla syrup and vanilla extract (if using) into the hot milk.
  4. Pour espresso/coffee into a mug or glass. Add the vanilla-infused milk.
  5. Spoon or pour frothed milk on top of the latte (Optional).
  6. Add stevia or erythritol to taste (Optional).
