Ingredients:
- 1 cup (240 ml) Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 2 shots (60 ml) freshly brewed Espresso or 1/2 cup (120 ml) strong brewed Coffee
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) Sugar-Free Vanilla Syrup (Torani is a good brand)
- 1/4 teaspoon Vanilla Extract (for enhanced flavor) - Optional
- Stevia or Erythritol to taste (if you prefer it sweeter) - Optional
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) Unsweetened Almond Milk (for foam - Optional)
Instructions:
- Prepare espresso or strong coffee.
- Heat almond milk using a milk frother or microwave (do not boil). If using a frother, froth until light and foamy.
- Stir sugar-free vanilla syrup and vanilla extract (if using) into the hot milk.
- Pour espresso/coffee into a mug or glass. Add the vanilla-infused milk.
- Spoon or pour frothed milk on top of the latte (Optional).
- Add stevia or erythritol to taste (Optional).
