Ingredients:

  • 4 cups green cabbage, finely shredded
  • 1 cup carrots, grated
  • ½ cup green onions, sliced thin
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Shred the cabbage and place it in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Grate the carrots and add them to the bowl.
  3. Add sliced green onions.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sugar, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  5. Pour the dressing over the prepared vegetables.
  6. Toss until the cabbage and carrots are well coated.
  7. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a lid and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
