Ingredients:
- 4 cups green cabbage, finely shredded
- 1 cup carrots, grated
- ½ cup green onions, sliced thin
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
- Shred the cabbage and place it in a large mixing bowl.
- Grate the carrots and add them to the bowl.
- Add sliced green onions.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sugar, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Pour the dressing over the prepared vegetables.
- Toss until the cabbage and carrots are well coated.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a lid and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
