Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 15 oz ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 9-12 lasagna noodles
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese for topping
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Boil lasagna noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken and buffalo sauce.
- In another bowl, mix ricotta, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Stir in mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses into the ricotta mixture.
- Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce at the bottom of the baking dish.
- Layer 3 noodles, half of the ricotta mixture, half of the buffalo chicken, and another layer of marinara.
- Repeat layering: noodles, remaining ricotta mixture, remaining buffalo chicken, and more marinara.
- Top with remaining noodles and marinara, then sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
- Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Let the lasagna cool for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve hot.
