Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 15 oz ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 9-12 lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese for topping

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Boil lasagna noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken and buffalo sauce.
  4. In another bowl, mix ricotta, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Stir in mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses into the ricotta mixture.
  6. Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce at the bottom of the baking dish.
  7. Layer 3 noodles, half of the ricotta mixture, half of the buffalo chicken, and another layer of marinara.
  8. Repeat layering: noodles, remaining ricotta mixture, remaining buffalo chicken, and more marinara.
  9. Top with remaining noodles and marinara, then sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
  10. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  11. Let the lasagna cool for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve hot.
