Ingredients:

  • 4 oz (120ml) gin or vodka
  • 1 oz (30ml) dry vermouth
  • 1 oz (30ml) olive brine
  • 1-2 oz (30-60ml) pickled jalapeño brine
  • Fresh jalapeños, thinly sliced (for garnish)
  • Green olives (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Chill the martini glasses in the freezer or fill with ice water to chill.
  2. In a cocktail shaker, combine gin or vodka, dry vermouth, olive brine, and pickled jalapeño brine.
  3. Fill the shaker with ice and shake well for about 15 seconds or stir for a smoother drink.
  4. Empty the chilled martini glasses if necessary.
  5. Using a strainer, pour the mixture into the prepared martini glasses.
  6. Garnish with thinly sliced jalapeños and a couple of green olives.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy responsibly!
