Ingredients:
- 4 oz (120ml) gin or vodka
- 1 oz (30ml) dry vermouth
- 1 oz (30ml) olive brine
- 1-2 oz (30-60ml) pickled jalapeño brine
- Fresh jalapeños, thinly sliced (for garnish)
- Green olives (for garnish)
Instructions:
- Chill the martini glasses in the freezer or fill with ice water to chill.
- In a cocktail shaker, combine gin or vodka, dry vermouth, olive brine, and pickled jalapeño brine.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake well for about 15 seconds or stir for a smoother drink.
- Empty the chilled martini glasses if necessary.
- Using a strainer, pour the mixture into the prepared martini glasses.
- Garnish with thinly sliced jalapeños and a couple of green olives.
- Serve immediately and enjoy responsibly!
