Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (150g) Fresh or frozen strawberries, hulled
  • ½ cup (120ml) Milk (dairy or non-dairy, unsweetened)
  • ½ cup (120g) Greek yogurt (plain, non-fat or low-fat)
  • 1 scoop (approx. 30g) Vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon (15ml) Honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • ¼ cup (60ml) Water, or more to adjust consistency
  • 3-4 Ice cubes

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients (strawberries, milk, yogurt, protein powder, honey/maple syrup, water, and ice) to the blender.
  2. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
  3. If the smoothie is too thick, add a little more water and blend again. If it's too thin, add a few more ice cubes or a few more frozen strawberries and blend again.
  4. Taste the smoothie and add more honey or maple syrup if desired.
  5. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
