  • 8 oz Triple Cream Brie
  • 4 oz Aged Gouda
  • 4 oz Gorgonzola Dolce
  • 1 cup Fresh Raspberries
  • 1 cup Green Grapes
  • 1/2 cup Dried Apricots
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 1 cup Candied Pecans
  • 6 oz Assorted crackers
  • 4 oz Dark Chocolate chunks (70% cocoa)

Instructions:

  1. Anchor the Board: Place the Triple Cream Brie, sliced Aged Gouda chunks, and a mound of Gorgonzola Dolce in a triangular formation on a large platter.
  2. Create the Flavor Zones: Group accompaniments near their pairing cheeses. Place honey and apricots near the Brie, dark chocolate and grapes near the Gouda, and raspberries near the Gorgonzola.
  3. Fill the Gaps: Tuck the assorted crackers and candied pecans into the remaining open spaces on the board to complete the presentation.
