- 4 oz Aged Gouda
- 4 oz Gorgonzola Dolce
- 1 cup Fresh Raspberries
- 1 cup Green Grapes
- 1/2 cup Dried Apricots
- 1/4 cup Honey
- 1 cup Candied Pecans
- 6 oz Assorted crackers
- 4 oz Dark Chocolate chunks (70% cocoa)
Instructions:
- Anchor the Board: Place the Triple Cream Brie, sliced Aged Gouda chunks, and a mound of Gorgonzola Dolce in a triangular formation on a large platter.
- Create the Flavor Zones: Group accompaniments near their pairing cheeses. Place honey and apricots near the Brie, dark chocolate and grapes near the Gouda, and raspberries near the Gorgonzola.
- Fill the Gaps: Tuck the assorted crackers and candied pecans into the remaining open spaces on the board to complete the presentation.
