Ingredients:

- 1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 2 teaspoons black pepper, freshly ground preferred
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
Instructions:
- In a small mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients: sea salt, granulated garlic, paprika, black pepper, onion powder, cumin, dill weed, cayenne pepper, and dry mustard.
- Whisk or stir vigorously with a fork until all spices are evenly distributed. Ensure no clumps remain, especially from the garlic powder.
- Taste the seasoning and adjust the amount of cayenne pepper or other spices to your preference.
- Transfer the seasoning to an airtight container. Store in a cool, dark place for up to 6 months.
