Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons + 1 teaspoon coarse sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 2 teaspoons black pepper, freshly ground preferred
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard

Instructions:

  1. In a small mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients: sea salt, granulated garlic, paprika, black pepper, onion powder, cumin, dill weed, cayenne pepper, and dry mustard.
  2. Whisk or stir vigorously with a fork until all spices are evenly distributed. Ensure no clumps remain, especially from the garlic powder.
  3. Taste the seasoning and adjust the amount of cayenne pepper or other spices to your preference.
  4. Transfer the seasoning to an airtight container. Store in a cool, dark place for up to 6 months.
