Ingredients:

  • 1 shot (approx. 30ml / 1 fl oz) freshly brewed espresso
  • 6-8 oz (177-237 ml) whole milk
  • Optional: Sugar, sweetener, or flavored syrup to taste

Instructions:

  1. Prepare a shot of espresso using your preferred method.
  2. Heat the milk until steaming hot (around 140-160°F / 60-70°C). Use your frother to create a layer of microfoam.
  3. Pour the espresso into your mug or latte glass.
  4. Gently pour the steamed milk over the espresso, holding back the foam with a spoon.
  5. Spoon the remaining milk foam over the top of the latte.
  6. Add sugar, sweetener, or syrup to taste. Serve immediately.
