Ingredients:
- 1 cup (240ml) good quality mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons (30ml) finely chopped dill pickles
- 1 tablespoon (15ml) finely chopped capers, drained
- 1 tablespoon (15ml) finely chopped fresh dill
- 1 tablespoon (15ml) finely chopped fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon (5ml) fresh lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon (2.5ml) Dijon mustard
- ¼ teaspoon (1.25ml) black pepper, freshly ground
Instructions:
- Finely chop the dill pickles, capers, dill, and parsley.
- In a mixing bowl, add the mayonnaise, lemon juice, and Dijon mustard.
- Add the chopped dill pickles, capers, dill, and parsley to the mayonnaise mixture.
- Season with freshly ground black pepper.
- Stir all ingredients together thoroughly. Refrigerate for 30 minutes for best flavor.
