Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (240ml) good quality mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons (30ml) finely chopped dill pickles
  • 1 tablespoon (15ml) finely chopped capers, drained
  • 1 tablespoon (15ml) finely chopped fresh dill
  • 1 tablespoon (15ml) finely chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon (5ml) fresh lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon (2.5ml) Dijon mustard
  • ¼ teaspoon (1.25ml) black pepper, freshly ground

Instructions:

  1. Finely chop the dill pickles, capers, dill, and parsley.
  2. In a mixing bowl, add the mayonnaise, lemon juice, and Dijon mustard.
  3. Add the chopped dill pickles, capers, dill, and parsley to the mayonnaise mixture.
  4. Season with freshly ground black pepper.
  5. Stir all ingredients together thoroughly. Refrigerate for 30 minutes for best flavor.
