Ingredients:
- 2 cups (480ml) premium vanilla ice cream
- ½ cup (120ml) whole milk
- ¼ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- ½ vanilla bean, scraped (seeds only)
- Optional: Whipped cream and sprinkles for garnish
Instructions:
- Place the serving glass in the freezer for a few minutes while prepping the shake.
- Add the ice cream, milk, vanilla extract, and vanilla bean seeds (if using) to the blender.
- Start the blender on low speed to combine, then gradually increase to high speed. Blend until smooth and creamy, about 30-60 seconds. Avoid over-blending.
- If the shake is too thick, add a splash more milk. If it's too thin, add a scoop more ice cream and blend briefly.
- Pour the shake into the chilled glass. Top with whipped cream and sprinkles, if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy!
