Ingredients:

  • 2 cups (480ml) premium vanilla ice cream
  • ½ cup (120ml) whole milk
  • ¼ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • ½ vanilla bean, scraped (seeds only)
  • Optional: Whipped cream and sprinkles for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Place the serving glass in the freezer for a few minutes while prepping the shake.
  2. Add the ice cream, milk, vanilla extract, and vanilla bean seeds (if using) to the blender.
  3. Start the blender on low speed to combine, then gradually increase to high speed. Blend until smooth and creamy, about 30-60 seconds. Avoid over-blending.
  4. If the shake is too thick, add a splash more milk. If it's too thin, add a scoop more ice cream and blend briefly.
  5. Pour the shake into the chilled glass. Top with whipped cream and sprinkles, if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy!
