Ingredients:
- 1 cup (120 g) all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ cup (100 g) granulated sugar
- ¼ cup (60 ml) whole milk
- 1/3 cup (80 ml) vegetable oil
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup (240 ml) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup (240 ml) evaporated milk
- 1 cup (240 ml) heavy cream
- 1 cup (240 ml) heavy whipping cream
- 2 tbsp (30 g) powdered sugar
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- Ground cinnamon, for garnish
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour and baking powder.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until fluffy. Gradually stir in the milk, oil, and vanilla.
- Fold in the dry ingredients until just combined.
- Pour batter into the prepared baking dish and bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- In a separate bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, and heavy cream. Stir until well mixed.
- Allow the cake to cool slightly, then poke holes all over the top using a toothpick.
- Slowly pour the milk mixture over the cake and let it absorb in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, beat heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until soft peaks form.
- Spread the whipped cream over the soaked cake and garnish with ground cinnamon.
