Ingredients:
- 300g (1 ½ cups) Frozen Pineapple Chunks
- 200g (1 cup) Frozen Mango Chunks
- 120ml (½ cup) White Rum
- 60ml (¼ cup) Coconut Rum
- 60ml (¼ cup) Fresh Lime Juice
- 30ml (2 tablespoons) Simple Syrup
- Pineapple wedge, maraschino cherries for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
- Add frozen pineapple, frozen mango, white rum, coconut rum, lime juice, and simple syrup to the blender.
- Blend on high speed until smooth. If the mixture is too thick, add a splash of water or more rum until it reaches your desired consistency.
- Taste the daiquiri and adjust the sweetness by adding more simple syrup if needed. Add more lime juice for extra tang.
- Pour the daiquiri into chilled cocktail glasses.
- Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a maraschino cherry, if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy!
