Ingredients:

  • 300g (1 ½ cups) Frozen Pineapple Chunks
  • 200g (1 cup) Frozen Mango Chunks
  • 120ml (½ cup) White Rum
  • 60ml (¼ cup) Coconut Rum
  • 60ml (¼ cup) Fresh Lime Juice
  • 30ml (2 tablespoons) Simple Syrup
  • Pineapple wedge, maraschino cherries for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Add frozen pineapple, frozen mango, white rum, coconut rum, lime juice, and simple syrup to the blender.
  2. Blend on high speed until smooth. If the mixture is too thick, add a splash of water or more rum until it reaches your desired consistency.
  3. Taste the daiquiri and adjust the sweetness by adding more simple syrup if needed. Add more lime juice for extra tang.
  4. Pour the daiquiri into chilled cocktail glasses.
  5. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a maraschino cherry, if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy!
