Ingredients:

  • 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) sesame oil (Spicy Mayo)
  • 1/4 teaspoon (1.25 ml) garlic powder (Spicy Mayo)
  • Pinch of salt (Spicy Mayo)

  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) lemon juice (Dill Ranch)
  • 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) garlic powder (Dill Ranch)
  • 1/4 teaspoon (1.25 ml) onion powder (Dill Ranch)
  • Pinch of salt (Dill Ranch)
  • Pinch of black pepper (Dill Ranch)

Instructions:

  1. Honey Mustard: Combine mayonnaise, honey, Dijon mustard, yellow mustard, and lemon juice in a bowl. Whisk until smooth and well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Spicy Mayo: Combine mayonnaise, Sriracha, ketchup, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and garlic powder in a bowl. Whisk until smooth and well combined. Taste and adjust Sriracha for desired spice level. Season with salt to taste.
  3. Dill Ranch: Combine mayonnaise, sour cream, fresh dill, fresh chives, and lemon juice in a bowl. Add garlic powder and onion powder. Whisk until smooth and well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Chill (Optional): For best flavor, cover each chicken finger dipping sauce and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  5. Serve: Serve immediately with chicken fingers, fries, or your favorite snacks.
