- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free)
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon (15 g) sea salt
- 1 teaspoon (5 g) sugar
- 1 teaspoon (5 g) ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon (5 g) garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon (1 g) nori flakes (or ground seaweed)
- 1 teaspoon (5 g) chili flakes (optional, for heat)
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine miso paste, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Stir until smooth.
- Mix in sea salt, sugar, ground ginger, and garlic powder until fully incorporated.
- Gently fold in nori flakes and chili flakes, if using.
- Transfer the seasoning to an airtight container for storage.
