Ingredients:

  • 8 oz (225g) dark chocolate chunks
  • 8 oz (225g) milk chocolate truffles
  • 6 oz (170g) white chocolate-covered pretzels
  • 4 oz (115g) semi-sweet chocolate hearts
  • 1 pint (300g) fresh strawberries, hulled
  • 1 cup (150g) fresh raspberries
  • 1 cup (150g) blueberries
  • 1 cup (140g) green grapes
  • 1 cup (30g) butter wafers
  • 1 cup (100g) almonds
  • 1 cup (120g) mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup (60g) heart-shaped sprinkles
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) raspberry preserve
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) whipped cream cheese sweetened with honey

Instructions:

  1. Place small bowls of raspberry preserve and honey-cream cheese on opposite sides of the board to act as anchors.
  2. Arrange larger items, such as piles of strawberries and larger chocolate chunks, around the bowls to create a foundation.
  3. Arrange the butter wafers in curved lines or 'rivers' that lead the eye across the board.
  4. Create a color gradient by clustering dark chocolates together, transitioning into milk chocolates, and finishing with white chocolates.
  5. Fill all remaining empty spaces with blueberries, raspberries, almonds, and mini marshmallows to complete the spread.
