Ingredients:

  • 2 cans (12.5 oz each) chicken breast, drained
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup Buffalo style hot sauce
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, freshly shredded
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced

Instructions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the softened cream cheese, buffalo hot sauce, and ranch dressing until the mixture is uniform in color and smooth.
  2. Fold in the drained shredded chicken and 1 cup of the shredded cheddar cheese until evenly coated.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a 9x9 inch baking dish and top with the remaining 1 cup of cheddar cheese.
  4. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20–25 minutes until the cheese is melted and the edges are bubbling.
  5. Let the dip rest for 5 minutes to thicken. Garnish with sliced green onions and blue cheese crumbles before serving.
