Ingredients:
- 2 cans (12.5 oz each) chicken breast, drained
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup Buffalo style hot sauce
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, freshly shredded
- 1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
Instructions:
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the softened cream cheese, buffalo hot sauce, and ranch dressing until the mixture is uniform in color and smooth.
- Fold in the drained shredded chicken and 1 cup of the shredded cheddar cheese until evenly coated.
- Transfer the mixture to a 9x9 inch baking dish and top with the remaining 1 cup of cheddar cheese.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20–25 minutes until the cheese is melted and the edges are bubbling.
- Let the dip rest for 5 minutes to thicken. Garnish with sliced green onions and blue cheese crumbles before serving.
