Instructions:
- In a cocktail shaker, combine vanilla vodka, coffee liqueur, chocolate liqueur, heavy cream, and simple syrup.
- Fill shaker with ice, cover, and shake vigorously for about 30 seconds until chilled.
- In a mixing bowl, pour in heavy whipping cream.
