Instructions:
- Ensure butter is fully softened to room temperature for even mixing.
- Finely mince the garlic. Using a garlic press ensures the garlic flavor is evenly distributed.
- In a small microwave-safe bowl or saucepan, combine the softened butter, minced garlic, and salt.
- Microwave in 15-second intervals, stirring between each interval, until the butter is just melted. Be careful not to overheat.
- Alternatively, melt the butter over low heat in a small saucepan. Add the minced garlic and salt. Cook for about 1 minute, stirring constantly, until the garlic is fragrant but not browned.
- Allow to cool slightly before using.
