  • 15 oz pumpkin puree

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9x5 inch loaf pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the sides to create a sling.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, eggs, oil, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract. Whisk vigorously for approximately 2 minutes until the mixture is glossy and smooth.
  3. Sift the all-purpose flour, baking soda, sea salt, and pumpkin pie spice directly into the wet mixture.
  4. Using a silicone spatula, gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet aromatics until just combined, ensuring no flour streaks remain.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 60 minutes, or until a skewer inserted into the center comes out clean.
