Instructions:
- Place the mixing bowl and beaters in the freezer for 10–15 minutes to ensure the equipment is chilled.
- Pour the cold heavy cream, powdered sugar, vanilla, and salt into the chilled bowl.
- Start the mixer on low speed to avoid splashing, then gradually increase to medium-high speed.
- Continue beating until the cream thickens and forms stiff peaks—where the cream stands straight up without drooping when the beaters are lifted.
