Ingredients:

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch fine sea salt

Instructions:

  1. Place the mixing bowl and beaters in the freezer for 10–15 minutes to ensure the equipment is chilled.
  2. Pour the cold heavy cream, powdered sugar, vanilla, and salt into the chilled bowl.
  3. Start the mixer on low speed to avoid splashing, then gradually increase to medium-high speed.
  4. Continue beating until the cream thickens and forms stiff peaks—where the cream stands straight up without drooping when the beaters are lifted.
