Ingredients:

  • 1 package (10 oz / 283g) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • 1 package (1 oz / 28g) Knorr Vegetable Recipe Mix
  • 1 container (16 oz / 454g) sour cream
  • 1 cup (8 oz / 227g) mayonnaise
  • 1 can (8 oz / 227g) water chestnuts, drained and chopped (optional)
  • 3 green onions, thinly sliced
  • Assorted vegetables (carrots, celery, cucumber, bell peppers) for serving (optional)
  • Crackers for serving (optional)
  • Pita bread or baguette slices for serving (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Thaw frozen spinach. Wrap in cheesecloth or a kitchen towel and squeeze out all excess moisture.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the Knorr Vegetable Recipe Mix, sour cream, and mayonnaise.
  3. Add the squeezed spinach, chopped water chestnuts (if using), and sliced green onions to the bowl.
  4. Stir until all ingredients are thoroughly combined and evenly distributed.
  5. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow flavors to meld. This is how to make the best knorr spinach dip.
