Ingredients:
- 1 package (10 oz / 283g) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
- 1 package (1 oz / 28g) Knorr Vegetable Recipe Mix
- 1 container (16 oz / 454g) sour cream
- 1 cup (8 oz / 227g) mayonnaise
- 1 can (8 oz / 227g) water chestnuts, drained and chopped (optional)
- 3 green onions, thinly sliced
- Assorted vegetables (carrots, celery, cucumber, bell peppers) for serving (optional)
- Crackers for serving (optional)
- Pita bread or baguette slices for serving (optional)
Instructions:
- Thaw frozen spinach. Wrap in cheesecloth or a kitchen towel and squeeze out all excess moisture.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the Knorr Vegetable Recipe Mix, sour cream, and mayonnaise.
- Add the squeezed spinach, chopped water chestnuts (if using), and sliced green onions to the bowl.
- Stir until all ingredients are thoroughly combined and evenly distributed.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow flavors to meld. This is how to make the best knorr spinach dip.
