Ingredients:

  • ½ cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Yellow Mustard
  • 1 tablespoon White Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 tablespoon Ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Granulated Sugar
  • Salt and Black Pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a small saucepan, combine all ingredients.
  2. Place the saucepan over very low heat.
  3. Whisk the mixture constantly to ensure it doesn’t burn or separate.
  4. Heat until the sugar dissolves and the sauce is warmed through, about 3-5 minutes. Do not boil!
  5. Taste the sauce and adjust seasonings as needed (more salt, pepper, sugar, or cayenne to your liking).
  6. Remove from heat and let cool completely. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator. The flavor develops further as it sits.
