Ingredients:
- ½ cup Mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Yellow Mustard
- 1 tablespoon White Vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 1 tablespoon Ketchup
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- ½ teaspoon Garlic Powder
- ½ teaspoon Paprika
- ¼ teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
- 1 tablespoon Granulated Sugar
- Salt and Black Pepper to taste
Instructions:
- In a small saucepan, combine all ingredients.
- Place the saucepan over very low heat.
- Whisk the mixture constantly to ensure it doesn’t burn or separate.
- Heat until the sugar dissolves and the sauce is warmed through, about 3-5 minutes. Do not boil!
- Taste the sauce and adjust seasonings as needed (more salt, pepper, sugar, or cayenne to your liking).
- Remove from heat and let cool completely. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator. The flavor develops further as it sits.
