Ingredients:

  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk (397g)
  • 1 1/2 cups whole milk (355ml)
  • 1 (3.4 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix (96g)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened (227g)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (5ml)
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream (120ml)
  • 1 (12 ounce) box vanilla wafers (340g)
  • 4-5 ripe bananas, sliced

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk and whole milk until well combined.
  2. Whisk in the instant vanilla pudding mix until smooth. Set aside for a few minutes to thicken slightly.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
  4. Gradually add the cream cheese to the pudding mixture, beating until fully incorporated and smooth.
  5. Stir in the vanilla extract. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the pudding mixture.
  6. Arrange a layer of vanilla wafers on the bottom of the baking dish.
  7. Top with a layer of sliced bananas.
  8. Spread a layer of the pudding mixture over the bananas.
  9. Repeat layers of vanilla wafers, bananas, and pudding until all ingredients are used, ending with a layer of pudding on top.
  10. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow the flavors to meld and the wafers to soften.
  11. Just before serving, you can garnish with extra vanilla wafers or banana slices, if desired. Serve and enjoy this delicious banana pudding with cream cheese.
