  • 1 tsp (5ml) vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. Combine the frozen raspberries, maple syrup, lemon juice, vanilla, and salt in a high-power blender or food processor.
  2. Pulse initially to break up the berries, then blend on high until the mixture is a thick, glossy puree.
  3. Press the puree through a fine-mesh sieve into a bowl using a rubber spatula to remove the seeds for a professional finish.
  4. For immediate serving, enjoy as soft-serve. For a firmer scoop, transfer to a freezer-safe container and freeze for 2–4 hours, stirring every hour to incorporate air and prevent ice crystals.
