Instructions:

- Pulse initially to break up the berries, then blend on high until the mixture is a thick, glossy puree.
- Press the puree through a fine-mesh sieve into a bowl using a rubber spatula to remove the seeds for a professional finish.
- For immediate serving, enjoy as soft-serve. For a firmer scoop, transfer to a freezer-safe container and freeze for 2–4 hours, stirring every hour to incorporate air and prevent ice crystals.
