Ingredients:
- 6 large eggs
- 1/2 cup whole milk (120ml)
- 1/4 cup heavy cream (60ml)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted (30g)
- 1 cup cooked ham, diced (150g)
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded (50g)
- 1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced and sautéed (50g)
- 1/4 cup green bell pepper, diced (25g)
- 2 tablespoons fresh chives, chopped (5g)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with butter or cooking spray.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, cream, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Evenly spread the cooked ham, cheese, mushrooms, and green bell pepper in the prepared baking dish.
- Pour the egg mixture over the fillings in the baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the omelette is set and lightly golden brown. A knife inserted into the center should come out clean.
- Sprinkle with fresh chives and serve immediately.
