Ingredients:
- 8 oz dark chocolate bars (70% cacao or higher), broken into shards
- 4 oz cocoa-dusted almonds
- 6 oz dark chocolate covered espresso beans
- 1 pint fresh raspberries
- 1 cup strawberries, hulled and halved
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup red pomegranate seeds
- 4 oz dried apricots, sliced into thin strips
- 1/2 cup heart-shaped conversation hearts
- 4 oz gummy bears
- 1/2 cup raw walnut halves
- 1/2 cup pistachios, shelled
- 4 oz white chocolate-covered pretzels
Instructions:
- Wash all fresh berries and pat them completely dry with paper towels to prevent chocolate blooming and maintain nut crispness. Slice the strawberries and apricots into uniform pieces.
- Place small porcelain bowls on the wooden board as anchors. Fill one with espresso beans, one with pomegranate seeds, and one with a dip (such as Greek yogurt mixed with honey), spacing them unevenly.
- Place the largest items, specifically the dark chocolate shards and strawberry halves, around the bowls, creating rivers of color to form a visual gradient.
- Fill the remaining empty spaces by tucking in blueberries, pistachios, and conversation hearts until the board appears lush and overflowing.
- Add final decorative touches and serve immediately.
