Ingredients:

  • 8 oz dark chocolate bars (70% cacao or higher), broken into shards
  • 4 oz cocoa-dusted almonds
  • 6 oz dark chocolate covered espresso beans
  • 1 pint fresh raspberries
  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled and halved
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup red pomegranate seeds
  • 4 oz dried apricots, sliced into thin strips
  • 1/2 cup heart-shaped conversation hearts
  • 4 oz gummy bears
  • 1/2 cup raw walnut halves
  • 1/2 cup pistachios, shelled
  • 4 oz white chocolate-covered pretzels

Instructions:

  1. Wash all fresh berries and pat them completely dry with paper towels to prevent chocolate blooming and maintain nut crispness. Slice the strawberries and apricots into uniform pieces.
  2. Place small porcelain bowls on the wooden board as anchors. Fill one with espresso beans, one with pomegranate seeds, and one with a dip (such as Greek yogurt mixed with honey), spacing them unevenly.
  3. Place the largest items, specifically the dark chocolate shards and strawberry halves, around the bowls, creating rivers of color to form a visual gradient.
  4. Fill the remaining empty spaces by tucking in blueberries, pistachios, and conversation hearts until the board appears lush and overflowing.
  5. Add final decorative touches and serve immediately.
